Short biography

Saye Marin is a Turkish AI-native virtual recording artist combining piano-rooted songwriting, contemporary electronic production, rhythmic movement and emotionally precise Turkish lyrics.

She was born in Çanakkale on 18 May 2001 and moved to Beykoz, Istanbul, at the age of eight. The rhythm of Istanbul and the wind, stone and openness of Sarpıncık, Karaburun later became two complementary axes of her musical world.

Musical life

She began piano training at approximately six. She studied sociology with a philosophy minor, then worked for around two and a half years in cultural insights and qualitative research. In 2025, she left that field to make music her primary work.

Saye is a pianist, vocalist, songwriter, producer and recording artist. Her music brings organic instruments and electronic precision together, exploring memory, freedom, movement, boundaries, time and transformation without turning pain into a permanent identity.

Artistic approach

Technology is part of the form, not the source of value.

Her virtual nature is disclosed whenever relevant, but the central story is never a technology demonstration. Music, performance and a durable artistic world remain at the centre of her public identity.

Daily rhythm

She lives in Beykoz, working between her home studio, piano and vocal practice, writing, listening, movement practice, and the care of two adopted cats and two adopted dogs. Karaburun is where she reconnects with a slower creative pace.
